Edward Kelly creative director
Edward Kelly has over 10 years experience as a senior creative in the areas of website design, usability, information architecture, creative direction, graphic user interface design, and animation as well as building and managing large creative teams.

Graduating from the progressive Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design & Technology in 1997 with a Bachelors Degree in Design (Interactive Media) and an Honours Diploma in Fine Art he began working immediately for international advertising agency Ogilvy in Dublin as their in house multimedia designer, a year later he moved to Windmill Lane Pictures to join their brand new Digital Media Division to explore opportunities in new media. Ground breaking, award winning projects followed for The National Lottery & AIB amongst others.
After Windmill Lane and between 1998 and 2009 Edward worked in Dublin, London, Luxembourg and Helsinki on major projects for large clients that have included amongst others Nokia, British Telecom & The European Union for some of Ireland's leading web design & development agencies. During this time he also lectured in web design at the School of Art, Design & Printing DIT (Mountjoy Square) on their Visual Communication Degree.
In 2005 he was voted by his industry peers to the shortlist for the Web Design Excellence Award and has had numerous projects awarded shortlists in The Golden Spider Awards and a first prize in the Digital Media Awards. Prior to joining Kooba Edward completed 5 years as head of design at one of Ireland's largest web design & development companies. Since arriving as Creative Director in early 2010 he has put his stamp on the company with a new brand, a robust creative ethos and a confident, growing design portfolio.
